It is my pleasure to announce that I have been invited by my Sibelius Academy colleagues to collaborate in the organizing of SibA Research Days 2021.

After participating as a speaker at the 2020 edition, it is now my duty to help make sure that other colleagues and researcher are welcomed at the 2021 edition.

SibA Research Days is an annual event, co-organised by the DocMus and MuTri Doctoral Schools of the Sibelius Academy, Uniarts Helsinki.
It aims at providing a space, where Sibelius Academy students and teachers from various artistic, scientific and applied research disciplines come together to learn from and connect to one another.
Most importantly during the event, we are incentivized to discover and examine similarities and differences; to collaborate on problem-solving and shared areas of interest.

Organizing this year’s edition is particularly challenging, as Covid19 restriction may force the event to become partially or entirely streamed online.
Given my background in the Visual arts, Design and multimedia, I’m collaborating in several technical aspects of this process, bridging technical staff, organizers and speakers, towards a smooth outcome.

It has been my pleasure to collaborate with such a talented team.
